A.Main Functions 

The Campus Card is the only official identity card on campus. It is an all-in-one device that allows owners to enjoy services at school-owned canteens, supermarkets, clinics and libraries.

The Campus Card is prepaid，which does not support purchases on loan or credit.

(a) Identity Card

You can prove your identity as a foreign instructor within the University by showing it to the security staff when being asked to confirm your identity.

(b) Library Card

You can read books in the library with your Campus Card, also please abide by the relevant regulations of the library.

(c) Pay Card

You can pay the bill with the Campus Card under many other circumstances, such as in school canteens, etc.

B.How to Top up

To top up, you can choose to use cash, WeChat payment, or bank-school transfer.

C. Where to Top up

For cash top-up, please go to the all-in-one card top-up window on the second floor of the student cafeteria. For bank-school transfer, use the transfer machine. Please follow our official WeChat corporate account “北地信息服务”"(CUGB Information Services) to find " All-in-one Card Information Services ", and click "Business Process" to top up through WeChat payment.

D.Card Lost and Reapplication

If your card is lost, please first look for it at the campus card service window in Room 304, No. 14 Teaching Building, or the top-up window on the second floor of the student cafeteria. The reapplication of a campus card can be done through a self-service card replenishment machine or manually. You need to pay RMB 25 yuan for the new card. When the new card is ready, the original card is permanently invalid and cannot be used.
