万力，男，1962年生，博士，教授，博士生导师。1988年毕业于中国地质大学（北京），获工学博士学位，2001-2004年期间多次赴荷兰UNESCO-IHE学院、Wangeningen大学从事合作研究。现为中国地质大学（北京）副校长，国务院学位委员会环境科学与工程学科评议组成员、国际水文地质学家协会中国国家委员会副主席，担任《水文地质工程地质》、《工程勘察》、《现代地质》、《地学前缘》编委。全国百篇优秀博士论文（博士生蒋小伟）导师。曾获得全国青年地质科技奖“银锤奖”和水利部黄河水利委员会科技进步一等奖。长期从事基岩裂隙水、生态水文地质和地下水系统理论等方面的科学研究，主持承担国家自然科学基金项目和国土资源部地质调查项目等科研项目30多项，发表学术论文70多篇，著有《生态水文地质学》、《区域地下水流理论进展》等。“中国地下水科学战略研究小组”骨干成员，2009年联合出版《中国地下水科学的机遇与挑战》。
